PLACEMENT TYPES

TYPES of EMPLOYMENT

W2 FULLTIME

  • Payroll: Employee is directly on the client’s payroll
  • Benefits: Employer handles taxes and benefits such as health insurance, PTO (paid time off), 401K, and more.
  • H1B Sponsorship: Potential to provide the H1B Sponsorship

W2 CONTRACT

  • Payroll: Employee is directly on the client’s payroll or in a third-party payroll.
  • Benefits: Not eligible for benefits of health insurance, PTO (paid time off), 401K, and more; depends on the client.
  • Contract Duration: Short-term contracts are 3-6 months, extendable; long-term contracts are 9-12 months, extendable.

C2C CORP TO CORP

  • Contract: Contract between two corporations, not individuals.
  • Taxes: Employer pays taxes on behalf of their consultants or candidates.
  • Benefits: Not eligible for accommodation & benefits.

C2H CONTRACT TO HIRE

  • Contract Period: Set period of time on contract basis.
  • Full-time Employment: After the contract period, becomes a full-time employee if deemed a good asset for the company.
  • Observation: Under observation of higher authority during the contract period.
